e-ACT magazines: Showcasing the journey of many innovative and creative ideas of students into projects, the accomplishments of staff & describe the college’s growth in various areas.
It’s a great pleasure to introduce the 9th Edition of the UTAS-Al Mussanah e-magazine 2023.
As you all are aware of the steady pace of progress UTAS-A has made over the preceding
years to achieve what we are today in terms of development in infrastructure and technological
advancements, I am proud to declare that today, UTAS-A stands tall as an internationally acclaimed
institution, striving to continually diversify its areas of excellence.
This edition of our e-magazine focuses on the great strides made by various departments and
centers in academics, research, sports, and other extra-curricular activities including immense
achievements in national and international competitions.
Over the previous year, our focus has been on the area of UTAS Identity, as evidenced in the contents
of this magazine. I am confident that this e-magazine will succeed in showcasing the various
initiatives and accomplishments that we have made over the past period.
We are pleased to inform that the 8th issue of the UTAS-A e-ACT Magazine is now available online.
The theme of this year's issue is “UTAS Identity”.
UTAS-Al Mussanha has made remarkable progress in
transforming to being an internationally competitive institution as will be showcased in the pages of this edition of our e-magazine.
This edition focuses on the many ways our institution is growing opportunities for our students to follow their academic passions.
The achievements and initiatives that you will see here are measurements and milestones as we
continue our efforts to achieve overall distinction at UTAS-Al Musanna as it is the excellence itself that
we have been striving for.
The theme of this year's issue showcases a Tribute to the late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
The history of UTAS-Al Mussanah as it has gone through many developments from infrastructure to academic achievements.
In this trying times this issue also show the challenges and growth the university take on to tackle Covid-19 as it continues its services.
The issue of e-ACT magazine focuses on the importance of entrepreneurship and enterprise for the students of ACT.
It features articles such as, ‘Social media - a Marketer’s most Significant Tool’,
‘Towards A Holistic Approach to Entrepreneurship Education’, ‘Traits of Successful Entrepreneurs’, etc.
This remarkable issue focuses on the theme of Smart Campus, carrying articles such as ‘Roadmap to a Smart Campus’, ‘the Smart Classroom’, etc. It showcases our accomplishments, as in the exciting Oman Skills Competition and more, for the year 2018.
