CEBA Students Secure 4th Place in the 2024 International Quiz Bee Competition
Mariya Said Salim Al Jaradi and Nahida Akter Mohammed Farid Meah from the College of Economics and Business Administration (CEBA), UTAS-Al Mussanah placed 4th in the 2nd International Quiz Bee Competition 2024, organized by UTAS Shinas on 22 April 2024. Under the guidance of faculty mentor Dr. Jeannette Ong Ee-Lyn, the students competed against 23 teams from universities in four countries: Oman, UAE, Philippines, and India.
The competition aimed to foster academic excellence by enhancing students' knowledge in diverse business studies subjects and offering exposure to academic competition. It also sought to develop students' aptitude and awareness of their strengths and weaknesses across courses while promoting student engagement among participants from various institutions of different countries.
