Dr. Simi Simon, HRM lecturer, delivered a webinar titled "How to Write a Literature Review" on April 25, 2024, for HRM Graduation Project II. The session focused on equipping students with practical skills to write a robust literature review chapter for their research projects.
Dr. Simi provided a comprehensive foundation, explaining the chapter's purpose and significance within the research process. She delved into various methodologies for conducting literature reviews, such as selecting appropriate sources from reliable academic databases and referencing tools. She also shared approaches to structuring findings, incorporating various citation styles, and ensuring proper referencing techniques.
Dr. Simi reiterated the crucial role of the Literature Review chapter in the research process.
