Through interactive sessions with Omantel's experts, students comprehensively understood talent management, career planning strategies, and the importance of lifelong learning for career success. The interactive sessions delved into the practical aspects of HRM, including how to attract and retain top talent (talent acquisition), evaluate and develop employee performance (performance management), equip employees with new skills (learning and development), and plan for future leadership roles (succession planning). Additionally, students explored career advancement opportunities within organizations, the value of mentorship programs, initiatives to enhance skill sets, and the critical role of continuous learning in achieving their career aspirations.

The visit not only exposed the participants to Omantel's commitment to employee development but also ignited their desire for further industry exposure to gain practical experience and navigate future trends and challenges in the field of HRM.
