Webinar on ‘Data Analysis & Interpretation’ Conducted
BSThe College of Economics and Business Administration (CEBA), UTAS Al Musannah organized a webinar titled “Data Analysis & Interpretation” for the Graduation project II students of HRM, Accounting and Marketing on 25 April 2024. Dr. Suneel Kumar, Head of Unit from the Business Department of UTAS Shinas delivered the session.
The speaker talked about the practical aspects of data analysis, including data entry into MS Excel, tabulation and graphical presentation using MS Excel, and conducting correlational analysis using MS Excel. The session also covered the use of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for descriptive studies, cross-tabulation, t-tests, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), bi-variable correlation, and regression analysis. These skills are highly valued in the professional world and will significantly enhance students’ career prospects.
